Terms of Service.
Contract of accession.

1. The subject of the contract

1.1. Under the contract for the provision of services, the Contractor undertakes, on the instructions of the Customer, to provide the services specified in clause 1.2 of this contract, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these services.

1.2. The Contractor undertakes to provide the following services: receiving orders paid by the Customer or the Contractor on behalf of the Customer from online stores, on a separate order issued in the Customer’s personal account, quality control, taking photos of orders, consolidating and packing postal or cargo shipments, packing, repacking, processing of packaging, marking and organization of sending to the address of the consignee or recipients specified by the Customer and other work related to the processing and arrangement of transportation of orders, hereinafter referred to as as the "Services"

1.3. The Contractor is shall provide services on behalf of the customer within a reasonable time.
During this period, the Contractor independently determines the time intervals for the provision of specific services specified in clause 1.2. of this contract, however, at the same time, notifies the Customer about the time of the provision of services so that the latter can accept them properly.
The Contractor has the right to complete the provision of services ahead of schedule.

1.4. Services are considered rendered after the Contractor issues an invoice for payment to the Customer in the personal account.

2. Rights and Obligations of the parties

2.1. The Contractor shall:

2.1.1. Provide Services with proper quality.

2.1.2. To provide the Services in full in the period specified in clause 1.3. of this contract.

2.2. The Contractor has the right to attract third parties to provide services under this agreement.

2.3. The customer shall:

2.3.1. Provide conditions for the provision of services by the Contractor, including timely payment.

2.3.2. Pay for services at the cost indicated in the personal account.

2.4. The Customer is entitled to 

2.4.1. At any time, check the progress and quality of work performed by the Contractor, without interfering in its activities.

2.4.2. Refuse to execute the contract at any time prior to payment. When performing part of the work on consolidation and organization of sending orders, it is possible to cancel the contract by paying the Contractor part of the set price in proportion to the part of the Services rendered, performed before receiving notification of the Customer's refusal to perform the contract.

3. The price of the contract

3.1. The price of this contract consists of: the amount of the Contractor's costs plus the Contractor's remuneration. All prices for services are available at https://eu.altspost.com/.

4. Responsibility of the parties

4.1. For non-payment of services provided by the Contractor, the Contractor is entitled to use the security right to orders until the debt is paid to him by the Customer. If orders are stored for more than 120 days, the Contractor has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally and sell the orders received at its warehouse to repay the Customer's debt to the Contractor.

4.2. The measures of liability of the parties, not provided for in this contract, are applied in accordance with the norms of civil law in force in Russia.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. Disputes and disagreements that may arise in the performance of this contract will be resolved through negotiations between the parties as far as possible.

5.2. If it is impossible to resolve disputes through negotiations, the parties, after implementing the pre-trial dispute settlement procedure provided for by law, submit them to the arbitration court of Saint Petersburg, Russia.
